St. John Lutheran School - Soar like an Eagle!

Welcome to the St. John Lutheran Church and School website. It is our hope that this site will introduce St. John to new viewers as well as keep our members and school families informed of ongoing activities. For over 150 years, St. John Lutheran Church and School has been a part of New Orleans. Our church was established in 1852 and our school in 1854. We have been at our present location in Mid City since 1924 with the exception of approximately three months after Hurricane Katrina when we were operating at other temporary locations. We are now in the final stages of our physical repairs and are excited about our rebirth, growth and future.
